Even among the Hi-gashi, Awa-wasan-bon has a particular flavor with the addition of Oshima-Kokuto (brown sugar of Oshima).
It melts in the mouth with a long lasting after-taste.
Its shape takes its form from a pine cone, and comes in an assortment of two colors, white and green.
